How it works
Local Clients (South West, Victoria)
Perfume bottles may be dropped off and collected from the IRC studio in Warrnambool, by appointment.
Australia-Wide Clients
Clients may securely package and ship their perfume bottle to the studio. Once engraved, your piece will be carefully wrapped and returned via tracked shipping.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Shipping & Care
Each perfume bottle entrusted to Ink & Roses is treated with the utmost care. As these pieces are both fragile and sentimental, we kindly ask that clients follow the below guidance to ensure safe arrival at the studio.
Sending Your Bottle to the Studio
Clients are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their perfume bottle to the Ink & Roses studio.
We recommend:
Removing any loose outer retail packaging
Wrapping the bottle generously in multiple layers of bubble wrap
Placing the wrapped bottle inside a snug, sturdy box
Filling any empty space with additional padding to prevent movement
Sending via tracked post and retaining your tracking number
Once your parcel has been dispatched, please email your tracking details so we may monitor its safe arrival.
Please note: Ink & Roses is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during inbound transit. We encourage clients to select insured shipping for peace of mind.
During Engraving
Upon arrival, your bottle will be carefully assessed before engraving begins. A layout proof will be provided for approval where applicable. Engraving will only commence once approval is received.
Return Shipping
Once complete, your engraved perfume bottle will be carefully wrapped and returned via tracked shipping. You will receive tracking confirmation upon dispatch.
